Returns & Refunds
We hope you are happy with your items but if for any reason you would like to return the goods you have 14 days from the date delivered to contact us to inform us you wish to return your order. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition with no tags/labels removed.
We will not be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they have been received damaged or faulty, we politely ask that any photos of damaged items are sent to willowandthymeinteriors@gmail.com   Any replacements will be sent to the original shipping address unless otherwise stated. If a refund is requested please allow 14days for the refund to be processed from the date we receive the items back.
When returning the items they must be sent using a trusted shipping service, tracked with a copy of the proof of postage, without this we will not be able to refund or replace any items. Keeping the proof of postage you may be able to open a claim from the chosen shipping provider.
